Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive who will support the sales team by generating leads, doing cold calling, creating client databases, scheduling meetings, and helping convert leads into active clients. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow their career in sales, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

- Conduct cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers in targeted industries
- Build and maintain a robust client database
- Research companies and gather contact information

2. Sales Support

- Set up meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Share proposals and service details with interested clients
- Follow up on warm leads to push them closer to conversion
- Maintain CRM or lead tracker efficiently

3. Market Research

- Understand hiring trends of different industries
- Collect competitor insights
- Identify new market segments for expansion

4. Client Communication





- Initiate first-level communication with prospects
- Explain basic recruitment services and company offerings
- Maintain professional tone and relationship building

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily lead generation reports
- Update management about progress and challenges
- Coordinate internally with the recruitment and BD teams

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Confident in phone conversations (cold calling)
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Good attitude, energy, and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach (preferred)
- Ability to handle targets

Qualifications

- Minimum: Graduate
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
- Experience in recruitment / BPO sales / telecalling is a plus
