We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, delivering product demonstrations, and driving sales for our AI-powered School ERP platform.
This role involves a combination of cold calling, field visits, client meetings, and relationship building with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and research.
- Connect with prospective clients and schedule product demonstrations.
- Visit schools and educational institutions to understand their requirements and present our solution.
- Build robust relationships with key decision-makers and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Conduct product presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Field Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in cold calling, client meetings, and presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client visits.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
