Job Summary:
Mokro is looking for an experienced Bartender/Mixologist to lead our bar operations and create exceptional beverage experiences. If you're passionate about cocktails, innovation, and hospitality, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare premium cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Develop and launch seasonal and signature drinks.
- Ensure compliance with Uttar Pradesh Excise Rules.
- Manage bar inventory, stock, and wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and consistency in every drink.
- Train junior bar staff and follow bar SOPs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Bartender/Mixologist.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines,
and bar operations.
- Good understanding of UP Excise Rules and liquor inventory management.
- Creative mindset with experience in menu innovation.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
