Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at URCUP in Block M Part 1 Greater Kailash. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to café standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks or accompaniments, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate and timely service.

The role also involves greeting guests, answering questions about menu items,



and offering recommendations to support a positive customer experience. The Barista will work collaboratively with the team, follow health and safety guidelines, and assist with inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties as required.

Qualifications Candidates should possess barista skills, including coffee preparation, drink crafting, and familiarity with café equipment.

Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage warmly with guests and build regular clientele.

Candidates should possess clear communication skills for taking orders, coordinating with team members, and handling guest inquiries.

Candidates should possess basic food preparation skills and an understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a café or hospitality setting, basic cash-handling skills, punctuality, and the ability to stand for extended periods and work versatile shifts.
