Function: Banking & Treasury

We are looking for an experienced Banking & Treasury professional to manage treasury operations for our Trading business. Key Responsibilities

Manage banking relationships, working capital and daily liquidity.

Handle LCs, BGs, trade finance and bank limits.

Manage cash-flow forecasting, fund planning and working-capital requirements.

Monitor borrowings, interest costs and banking charges.

Manage forex exposure and hedging, where applicable.

Coordinate supplier payments, customer collections and coal-trading transactions.

Prepare treasury MIS, bank position, cash-flow and fund-flow reports.

Ensure compliance with banking, treasury and internal-control policies.





Work closely with Procurement, Commercial, Sales, Logistics, Finance and Banks. Required :

7–12 years of experience in Treasury / Banking / Trade Finance / Working Capital.

Experience in Coal, Commodity, Metals & Mining, Energy, Power or Trading preferred.

CA / B. Com + MBA Finance equivalent qualification preferred.

Robust knowledge of LC, BG, working capital, cash flow, bank limits, forex and treasury operations.

Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Advanced Excel and ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.
