Job Summary

- Involves general banking operations

- Opening and maintenance of bank accounts

- Processing cash transactions including withdrawals and deposits

- Opening and servicing of Fixed Deposits

- Handling customer queries related to banking and financial products

- Providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage front office banking operations and customer interactions

- Assist customers with account opening and documentation

- Handle daily cash transactions in compliance with bank policies

- Resolve customer queries related to financial instruments and services

- Maintain proper records and follow operational procedures

- Support branch operations and internal coordination

Job specification:

- Education: Regular Graduate

(All streams except Arts; B.Com preferred)





- Good communication skills

- Solid interpersonal skills

- Must be open to a 2-year employment bond with the Bank

- Candidate must be from Noida / NCR

- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
