Role Description This full time remote Banking Alliance role focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves identifying potential banking partners, conducting outreach, and presenting Acult Software’s value proposition and platform capabilities. The role includes negotiating alliance terms, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth integration of services such as BBPS and utility bill payments.

The Banking

Alliance professional will monitor partner performance, analyze data to optimize collaboration, and work closely with product,



operations, and compliance teams to improve offerings. Regular reporting, pipeline management, and participation in strategic planning are key responsibilities to support growth and long-term partnerships. Qualifications

Experience in banking partnerships, alliances, or business development within fintech or financial services.

Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers.

Understanding of digital payments, BBPS, utility bill payments, and broader financial services ecosystems.

Analytical skills for evaluating partnership performance, interpreting financial and operational data, and preparing reports and presentations.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in fintech or banking are an advantage.

Prior experience in alliance management, corporate sales, or key account management in the banking or payments industry is highly beneficial.
