Position: Bakery Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery.

- Plan and supervise the production of bakery items to meet daily demand.

- Ensure all products are prepared according to quality and hygiene standards.

- Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate timely procurement.

- Supervise and guide bakery staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.

- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards in the production area.

- Monitor stock levels of finished products and minimize wastage.

- Ensure all bakery equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs required.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely product availability.

- Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization.

- Handle customer complaints related to bakery products and ensure prompt resolution.

- Prepare daily production, inventory, and sales reports for management.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety regulations.





- Train new employees on bakery procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of bakery production processes.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP is an added advantage).

Preferred Qualification:

- Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery, Hotel Management, Food Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: 2–5 years in bakery operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or in-charge role.

Pay: ₹11,349.97 - ₹35,233.07 per month
