Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow AI Integration Specialist, you will sit at the forefront of our enterprise automation practice, bridging the gap between traditional ServiceNow workflows and advanced artificial intelligence capabilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional delivery teams and global clients to architect and deploy intelligent solutions that transform service management into proactive, AI-driven operations.

Your work will directly influence how our clients leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to reduce operational friction, optimize agent productivity, and deliver superior user experiences across their digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that integrate Generative AI and Conversational AI to automate complex service desk interactions.
- Design and develop custom API integrations between ServiceNow and external AI/ML platforms to ensure seamless data flow and model inference.




- Engineer Agentic AI workflows within the ServiceNow environment to enable autonomous task completion and intelligent decision-making for business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that AI implementations align with organizational performance goals.
- Optimize existing ServiceNow modules by embedding AI-driven insights, thereby enhancing the efficiency of incident, problem, and change management workflows.
- Provide technical leadership during the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including advanced configuration, scripting, and module implementation.
- Proven ability to integrate Generative AI and Conversational AI models into enterprise workflows to drive automation and user engagement.
- Strong proficiency in Python for developing custom middleware, data processing scripts, and API-based integrations.
- Advanced understanding of REST/SOAP API integration patterns to connect ServiceNow with diverse third-party AI services and data sources.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional experience in enterprise software development or platform engineering.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first, or hybrid work workplace, maintaining high levels of autonomy and collaborative output across multiple time zones.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
