We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team. Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator

- Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
- Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
- Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination
- Boosting sales effectiveness & productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing significant documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Managing the sales database and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.




- Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintaining sales opportunities and customer Details in CRM
- Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
- Coordination with field engineer and customer.
- Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
- Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required.
- Keep the Track of Sales Orders , Reporting to concern Head,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.

Qualification: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range: Monday to Friday(Alternate Saturday)

Shift: Day shift

Experience: Total work: 6 TO 8 YEARS (Preferred)
