About the Role

Deeqasa Tech is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Operations Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting processes, billing, logistics coordination, payment follow-ups, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day backend operations efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and bills.
- Handle basic accounting entries and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Follow up with customers for payment collections and outstanding dues.
- Maintain records of receivables, payables, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bills, invoices, and payment records.
- Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all business records.

Requirements




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Backend Operations, Accounts, Administration, or Operations Management.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST billing and invoice management.
- Experience in logistics coordination and inventory tracking.
- Solid follow-up skills for payment collection and vendor management.
