Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Chemist / Pharmacist to support backend pharmacy and operational activities at the Head Office. The role involves maintaining medicine records, coordinating with stores and vendors, handling documentation, supporting inventory management, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update medicine, inventory, and stock records in ERP/software systems.
- Coordinate with retail stores, warehouses, and vendors for stock movement and documentation.
- Verify purchase bills, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product details.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to stock, sales, purchases, and inventory reconciliation.
- Support medicine procurement and vendor coordination activities.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of pharmacy-related documents, invoices, and licenses.
- Assist in compliance with pharmacy regulations and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth backend pharmacy operations.
- Handle email communication, data entry, and MIS reporting related to pharmacy operations.
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation whenever required.





Required Qualifications B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent qualification.

Valid pharmacist registration certificate will be preferred (for pharmacist candidates).

Skills Required

Good knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical products, and inventory processes.

Basic understanding of pharmacy operations and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/software systems.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in pharmacy backend operations, medical retail, hospital pharmacy, or pharmaceutical administration will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
