Role Description The Backend Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves managing day-to-day backend operations on the platform, including maintaining accurate vendor and user data, tracking event inquiries, and ensuring timely updates in the system.
The Executive will coordinate with cross-functional teams to support vendor onboarding, verify information, and assist in resolving operational issues. They will monitor workflows, generate basic reports, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. The role also includes handling communication with vendors or internal teams, documenting operational processes, and adhering to company guidelines and data privacy standards.
Qualifications (Fresh Graduates- Join, Learn & Grow)
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Candidates should possess operations and operations management skills for handling day-to-day platform activities.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should be proficient with basic computer tools, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in operations, backend support, or marketplace platforms will be an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven workplace and willingness to learn AI-enabled tools is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting CTC: ₹1.50 Lakhs per annum onwards (higher compensation may be offered based on qualifications and profile).
