Back Office Operations Executive

Location: Noida, Sec-62 Near Metro Blue Line and Aligarh also

Experience: 1–4 Years or Freshers from B. tech (Mechanical)

Industry: Fire Fighting Equipment Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Handle back-office operations using MS Office & CRM.
- Manage GeM, CPPP & other tender portals.
- Lead generation, B2B calling & email follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, MIS reports, documentation & customer records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production & Technical teams.

Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E. (Any Stream) or B.Sc./Diploma (Mechanical/Technical Preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and tender documentation.
- Excellent English speaking, writing, listening, and email drafting skills are mandatory.
- Robust communication,



coordination, and reporting skills.
