Role Overview

This role requires candidates to be based in Bangalore. Relocation support is not available, and profiles from outside Bangalore will not be considered for screening.

We are seeking a Backend Engineer(2+Years) with strong expertise in Python with Flask and MongoDB to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. The role involves developing APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
- API Design : Build and document RESTful APIs ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Database Management : Work extensively with MongoDB for schema design, query optimization, indexing, and data modeling.
- System Architecture : Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define service boundaries and integrate backend services.




- Performance Optimization : Conduct load testing, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure high availability of backend systems.
- Deployment & Maintenance : Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and manage cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Security & Compliance : Ensure backend systems meet enterprise-grade standards for reliability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills
- Programming : Solid proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask).
- Database : Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, query optimization, indexing).
- API Development : Deep understanding of RESTful API standards and best practices.
- Tools : Experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills.
