Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer , Bangalore with strong expertise in designing scalable backend systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.

We are a team of 550+ engineers , driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance backend services using Golang .

Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs following cloud-native principles.

Architect distributed systems that are highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable.

Develop concurrent and asynchronous applications utilizing Golang goroutines , channels , and concurrency patterns.

Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka , RabbitMQ , SQS , and SNS .

Deploy and manage applications on AWS using services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Redis, and CloudWatch.





Optimize application performance through caching strategies using Redis .

Design efficient database schemas and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL and MySQL .

Preferred Qualifications

Golang Development

- Strong experience in Go (Golang)
- Goroutines, Channels, Concurrency Patterns
- REST APIs
