About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage merchandising, inventory records, MIS reports, and day-to-day back office operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, software applications, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Inventory

Maintain accurate product and stock records.

Create and update product masters in the ERP system.

Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and store teams for stock movement.

Track inward/outward inventory and ensure timely data updates.

Assist in merchandising planning and stock allocation across stores.

Monitor stock ageing, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

Data Entry & MIS

Perform daily data entry with high accuracy.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Analyze inventory and sales data.

Generate reports using ERP, Excel, and Power BI.

Ensure all business data is updated and error-free.

Software & Systems

Work on ERP software for inventory and operations.

Use Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).

Create and update dashboards using Power BI.

Coordinate with IT/vendors for system-related issues when required.

Back Office Administration





Maintain physical and digital records.

Organize invoices, purchase documents, and key files.

Coordinate with stores, warehouse, accounts, and management.

Handle documentation and operational paperwork.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Working knowledge of Power BI (preferred).

Comfortable learning and using ERP software.

Strong analytical and numerical ability.

Good organizational and documentation skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in back office operations, merchandising, inventory management, or MIS reporting.

Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
