Job Responsibilities: 1. Review the daily MIS to track the case assignments as per the daily report list.
- Read and verify various property documents related to the assigned cases.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information in assigned cases and send query emails to the respective banks.
- Determine and verify property rates to arrive at accurate property valuations.
- Prepare the assigned Technical Scrutiny Report with precision and completeness.
- Submit the completed report to Managers for further review and approval.
