Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, data entry skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain data accurately in the system.
- Prepare and update Excel reports and MIS reports.
- Manage customer and employee records.
- Handle documentation and filing.
- Coordinate with different departments for daily operations.
- Verify and process invoices, bills, and other documents.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Respond to emails and maintain official records.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.





Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
- Gender: Male/Female

Salary
- As per company standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Days
- Monday to Saturday

Working Hours
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Example)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
