These services are part of India's financial inclusion ecosystem, enabling basic banking access through Aadhaar authentication, micro-ATMs, and remittance services.

Key Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day support for partner banks and BC agents. Monitor AEPS, MATM, and DMT transaction success/failure.

Resolve transaction issues such as: Failed or pending transactions Reversal and settlement issues Chargeback requests Coordinate with banks, NPCI, and technology teams to resolve escalations. Verify KYC and compliance documents where required. Monitor settlement reports and merchant payouts.





Provide technical and operational support to field teams and retailers. Prepare MIS reports, transaction reports, and reconciliation reports. Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, and bank guidelines. Train agents on operational processes and recent banking products.

Knowledge
