About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5–8 years of experience in building scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Node.js, and AWS Cloud Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services while leveraging AWS cloud technologies and modern microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and optimize APIs using AWS API Gateway with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
- Implement microservices architecture using domain-driven and event-driven design principles.
- Configure and manage API Gateway features including throttling, quota management, IAM roles, and security policies.




- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation using AWS CodePipeline.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure comprehensive technical documentation for architecture, APIs, and code.
- Follow engineering best practices including automation, code quality, and test-driven development.
- Mentor junior developers and actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
- Experience with AWS API Gateway and AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of AWS CodePipeline and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Node.js for backend development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and backend development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
