Role Description This is a full time, on-site Babysitter role based in Mumbai at Jewels By Queenie - India. The Babysitter will provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for children while parents or guardians are occupied in the showroom or related areas. Daily responsibilities include supervising children, organizing age-appropriate activities, assisting with basic needs such as snacks and hygiene, and maintaining a clean and orderly play area.

The role involves communicating clearly with parents or guardians about children’s activities and well-being, following company guidelines for safety, and supporting a calm, welcoming atmosphere.



The Babysitter will collaborate with store staff as needed to coordinate children’s care during visits and events.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Babysitting and Childcare skills, with a focus on safety, patience, and attentiveness.

Candidates should have experience Working With Children, including the ability to build trust and manage different age groups respectfully.

Candidates should have skills in Training and Teaching, such as guiding children through simple activities and encouraging positive behavior.

Ability to communicate clearly and kindly with children and adults, and to remain calm in busy retail or event environments.

Basic knowledge of child safety, first aid awareness (formal certification is an advantage), and emergency response procedures.

Previous experience in a childcare, babysitting, or early education setting is preferred.

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work full-time on-site in Mumbai.
