Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
- Design, implement, and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for speed and scalability.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Ensure application security by implementing data protection, encryption, and secure coding practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve system architecture and development efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 13 years of experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and Node.js internals.
- Experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs.
- Familiarity with Docker, Redis, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing maintainable, production-ready code.
