BharatTender is India's first dedicated marketplace for private B2B procurement. We are transforming how businesses buy and sell by replacing fragmented sourcing processes with a structured digital tendering platform. Businesses can post RFQs, receive competitive bids from verified vendors, benchmark prices, and manage procurement efficiently through a single platform. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire and onboard buyers and vendors onto the BharatTender platform.

Conduct regular field visits and meetings with manufacturing companies, service providers, distributors, corporates, and procurement teams.

Generate leads, build a qualified pipeline, and convert prospects into active platform users.

Maintain continuous follow-ups, client relationships, and account management after onboarding.

Meet monthly acquisition, conversion, and revenue targets.

Maintain and actively manage the client database and sales pipeline.

Understand client procurement requirements and demonstrate how BharatTender solves them.

Learn the complete platform and assist customers through the entire procurement lifecycle, including:

Buyer registration and onboarding





Vendor registration and onboarding

Tender creation

Tender publishing

Bid submission

Bid evaluation

Awarding of tenders

Post-award platform operations

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth platform operations and timely resolution of customer queries. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, enterprise sales, client acquisition, vendor onboarding, or account management.

Proven experience in field visits, lead generation, client meetings, and customer onboarding.

Comfortable interacting with CXOs, procurement teams, factory owners, and business decision-makers.

Robust ownership mindset with the ability to manage customers from the first meeting through successful onboarding and activation.

Willingness to learn both the commercial and operational aspects of a digital procurement platform. Comprehensive training on the BharatTender platform, procurement workflows, tender creation, bidding, evaluation, and operational processes will be provided.
