Most "lead gen" jobs are really content jobs in disguise. This one isn't.
You'll run a dedicated outbound programme for a SOLID client in the automotive industrial materials space, selling recycled PET nonwoven and acoustic felt to manufacturers across India.
The job: find the right companies, find the right people inside them, reach out properly, qualify them, hand them to the client's sales team. No ads. No Instagram. No follower counts.
Day to day
→ List building in Sales Navigator, enrichment in Apollo
→ LinkedIn outreach plus cold email via Smartlead or Instantly
→ Real qualification, not passing everything through
→ HubSpot updated after every action
→ Daily activity log, weekly report
You'll fit if
→ 1 to 3 years actually running outbound (lead gen, inside sales, BD)
→ You've built cold email sequences and know why warm-up matters
→ You write clearly. You're messaging purchase managers, not consumers
→ You're detail obsessed.
A wrong designation or bounced email costs the client credibility
→ You can say "this lead doesn't qualify" without padding the number
Bonus: automotive, manufacturing or industrial supply chain background. Familiarity with nonwoven or acoustic materials. Experience mapping Indian auto clusters.
Being honest: there are daily minimums and weekly targets, and they're tracked. Not a work-at-your-own-pace role. But if you want to build a proper outbound machine in a niche most people never touch, this is a good seat.
Compensation based on experience, plus a performance variable on qualified handovers after probation.
