We are looking for a high-calibre strategy professional to work closely with the leadership team on some of the most important transformation priorities for the organisation.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, working with CXOs, building new initiatives, using data to drive decisions and shaping the future of a listed media company.

Role Summary The Strategy & CEO Office role will work closely with the CXOs and business leaders across ENIL, Mirchi and Gaana to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, AI-led efficiency programs, data and MIS improvements, board reporting, M&A; evaluation and strategic analysis.

This is not a narrow planning role. It is a business-building role.

The person will be expected to identify opportunities, structure problems, build business cases, work across functions, drive execution and create measurable business impact. The role will evolve based on the person’s capability, ownership and ambition. Key Responsibilities

Strategic

Initiatives & Business Transformation

Work closely with CXOs and business heads on priority projects across Mirchi, Gaana, digital solutions, events/IPs, influencer marketing, branded content and new growth areas.

- CEO Office / CXO Support

Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on key business questions, strategic choices and operating priorities.

- Data, MIS & Decision Systems

Improve business dashboards, MIS systems and operating reviews to enable sharper decision-making.





- AI-Led Transformation

Design and lead projects to integrate AI into day-to-day working across content, sales, marketing, operations, analytics, support functions and internal workflows. 5.

Strategic

Analysis & Business Planning

Lead market scans, competitor benchmarking, business case development, pricing analysis, revenue modelling and scenario planning.

- M&A;, Partnerships & New Opportunities

Support evaluation of potential acquisitions, investments, partnerships and strategic alliances. 7.

Stakeholder Management Ideal Candidate

Profile

We are looking for someone with around 7–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, CEO office, business transformation or digital business roles.

The person should ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

Media and entertainment

OTT / audio / music / digital content

Consumer internet / digital subscription businesses

Advertising, creator economy or branded content

Management consulting

Corporate strategy in a quick-moving consumer or digital business

Required Skills

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

Ability to work with ambiguity and create clarity

Strong business and financial understanding

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Comfort with data, dashboards, MIS and business metrics

Ability to build business cases and financial models

Strong stakeholder management

High ownership and execution orientation

Interest in AI, digital transformation and media-tech trends

Ability to work directly with senior leadership

Preferred Background

MBA from a reputed institution preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has strong relevant experience.

Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, digital media, OTT, consumer internet, subscription businesses or media-tech will be preferred.

Experience in board presentations, leadership reviews, investor-facing material, AOP planning or transformation projects will be an advantage.
