Trust Fintech Ltd are looking for an experienced Sales professional for Mumbai and Pune Location with a strong background in Core Banking Solution (CBS) and NBFC Software sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling banking software solutions to NBFCs and Co-operative Banks, developing recent business opportunities, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Core Banking Solutions (CBS), NBFC Software, and allied banking applications.
- Develop business with NBFCs, Co-operative Banks, Urban Co-operative Banks, Credit Societies, and other financial institutions.
- Visit clients regularly to understand business requirements and promote the company's banking software solutions.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers including Managing Directors, CEOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Business Heads, and Senior Management.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate software demonstrations with the Pre-Sales team.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, quotations,



and respond to RFPs/RFQs in coordination with internal teams.
- Handle the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, order closure, and contract finalization.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular follow-up on business opportunities.
- Participate in banking conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events to generate new business.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development activities.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Core Banking Solution (CBS) Sales.
- Experience in NBFC Software Sales and Banking Software Solutions.
- Strong network with NBFCs and Co-operative Banks.
- Excellent client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
