Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AVP - Sales (GCC) to drive business growth by acquiring and managing Global Capability Center (GCC) accounts. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building CXO-level relationships, leading the end-to-end sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets for IT services and digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within the GCC ecosystem.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop account strategies and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create winning solutions.
- A chieve revenue, profitability, and pipeline targets.
- Track market trends and represent the company at industry events.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of IT services sales experience,
including 5+ years selling to GCCs/GICs.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and large deal closures.
- Strong network within the GCC ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data, ERP, or Managed Services.
