Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize data quality issues across the organization.

- Design and implement effective data stewardship programs to manage metadata, data dictionaries, and data lineage.

- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex data quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

- 8-13 years of experience in banking industry or related field.

- Solid understanding of data management principles, including data profiling, data manipulation, and data quality management.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective data governance strategies.
