Job Role: Avionics System Test Engineer – DO-178B/C

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Avionics System Test Engineer with hands-on expertise in Embedded C , DO-178B/C, system-level testing, requirements analysis, and test case development . The candidate will work on avionics systems across test benches, simulators, and laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform system-level testing in compliance with DO-178B/C standards.
- Analyze system/software requirements and develop test cases and procedures.
- Execute tests on test benches, simulators, and lab setups .
- Perform test execution, result analysis, and test reporting.
- Conduct defect investigation, snag analysis, and issue resolution.
- Track defects using JIRA and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Support configuration/change management and test documentation.
- Apply BVA, ECP ,



and other testing techniques to ensure adequate coverage.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Avionics System Testing .
- Hands on experience with Embedded C Programming is required.
- Mandatory DO-178B/C
- Critical Safety standards experience.

- Strong knowledge of System-Level Testing .
- Requirement analysis, test case development, and test procedure preparation.
- Experience with test benches, simulators, or lab environments.
- BVA & ECP , test execution, result analysis, and reporting.
- JIRA, defect tracking, configuration/change management.
- Strong debugging, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Positive to Have: Experience with Flight Warning Systems or other avionics systems.
