Opening | Automation Analyst CRM & Integrations

We have an exciting opportunity with a premium fitness & wellness brand for the role of Automation Analyst CRM & Integrations.

Location: Kemps Corner, Grant Road, Mumbai

Experience: 13 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Preference: Mumbai-based candidates only

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Build and manage automated workflows across the customer lifecycle (lead nurturing, retention, and win-back).
- Support and maintain API integrations to enable seamless data flow across systems.
- Extract, organize, and maintain data for reporting and business operations.
- Manage client communications through Intercom across WhatsApp, Email, and Instagram.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.

Skills & Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in CRM,



Operations, Business Systems, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and work independently.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Knowledge of Intercom, Zapier, or Make.
- Exposure to workflow automation and business process improvement.
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or service industry is an added advantage.
