Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Australian Voice Process Executives to join our International BPO team. The role involves handling outbound calls to Australian customers, generating leads, promoting services, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers in the Australian market.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Explain products and services professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent English communication can apply.
- Experience in International Voice Process, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or Australian Process is preferred.
