Job Title: Manager Compliance & Internal Audit

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Salary: 7.2 to 8.4 LPA - (depends on experience )

About the Role

We are looking for a Manager Compliance & Internal Audit to lead our internal audit and quality function. The ideal candidate brings hands-on BFSI experience in regulatory compliance, call monitoring, and quality assurance, and is capable of independently managing audits initiated by banks, NBFCs, and the RBI. This role requires a solid command of both spoken and written communication, and the ability to lead a team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes month on month.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in BFSI (Mandatory).
- Experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with Call Monitoring and Quality Audits.
- Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and regulatory compliance.




- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
- Collections industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Compliance and Internal Audit activities.
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Call Monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and BFSI regulations.
- Handle audits by Banks, NBFCs, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare audit reports and compliance documentation.
- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and manage the Internal Audit & Quality team.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual audit plans.
