We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Freshers to join our Business Development & Audit team. This role offers an excellent prospect to gain exposure to both audit engagements and client relationship management. You will assist in audit assignments while supporting business development activities by interacting with prospective clients. This is not a sales or target-based role.

Key Responsibilities

Audit

- Assist in internal audit and process audit assignments.

- Support documentation of business processes and audit observations.

- Help review internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.

- Assist in audits of business cycles such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.

- Prepare working papers, reports, and audit documentation.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams during audit assignments.

- Support SOP documentation and process improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹9,141.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month
