Audiology Responsibilities

- Diagnose hearing loss: Test patients of all ages using pure-tone, speech, and immittance equipment.

- Fit devices: Select, program, and dispense hearing aids or cochlear implants.

- Treat ear conditions: Manage earwax removal, assess balance/vestibular functions, and treat tinnitus.

Speech-Language Therapy Responsibilities

- Evaluate speech and language: Assess articulation, voice clarity, fluency (stuttering), and language comprehension.

- Provide swallow therapy: Help patients strengthen mouth and throat muscles to safely eat and swallow after strokes or injuries.

- Conduct communication therapy: Use drills, exercises, and alternative communication tools to build language and speech skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
