Role Summary The Assistant Manager – Business Finance will partner with Operations to drive financial performance, profitability, and business growth. The role includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, profitability analysis, cost control, working capital management, and business decision support. The position also involves monitoring financial controls, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and driving process improvements across the business.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant Business Finance experience
- Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, MIS & ERP Systems
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Experience in the Automobile, Commercial Vehicle, Manufacturing, or Dealership industry will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, business partnering, and problem-solving skills
