Role & responsibilities to manage end-to-end production planning and material control for a medical products manufacturing company. The role involves coordinating with production department across multiple internal plants for semi-finished goods, with procurement department for raw materials & packing materials from external vendors, and with stores department to ensure production lines are loaded as per the production plan.

The ideal candidate must ensure 100% regulatory compliance, on-time delivery, and optimal inventory while maintaining full traceability.

- MRP : Run MRP to calculate net requirements of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Semi-Finished Goods
- Master Planning : Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales forecast, customer orders, and regulatory batch needs.
- Multi Plant Co-ordination :



Break down finished goods demand into semi-finished requirements and allocate production load across multiple company plants based on capacity, validated processes, and equipment availability
- Scheduling: Release work orders, batch manufacturing records, and production schedules to all plants
- Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning and bottleneck analysis for each plant
- Shop Floor Control: Daily review of plan vs actual with all plant heads. Address production delays, yield issues, and machine breakdowns
