Role & responsibilities

Financial Planning & Business Finance

Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and financial planning activities

Prepare MIS dashboards, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and management presentations

Monitor EBITDA, margins, working capital, and overall business performance

Project P&L; & Profitability Management

Own and manage project-wise and customer-wise P&L; performance

Track profitability, cost overruns, margin leakage, and recovery gaps across projects

Conduct project appraisal, ROI/IRR analysis, and business viability assessment

Monitor project financial performance vs budget, forecast, and business case assumptions

Support post-project financial reviews and profitability improvement initiatives

Costing & Commercial Finance

Drive standard costing, BOM variance analysis, and profitability management

Support pricing models, RFQs, commercial proposals, and business models

Monitor material cost, conversion cost, labor cost, overheads, and PPV

Revenue Assurance & Governance

Ensure revenue assurance and minimize margin leakage across projects and operations

Validate billing milestones, recoveries, commercial terms, and project closures

Track customer recoveries related to engineering changes, cost escalations, and commercial settlements

Cash Flow, Procurement & Inventory Control

Prepare cash flow forecasts and support working capital planning





Drive inventory optimization and control excess/non-moving inventory

Monitor procurement spend, vendor commercials, and cost competitiveness

Manufacturing & Operational Finance

Analyze operational KPIs including productivity, yield, utilization, and efficiency

Monitor scrap, rework, rejection trends, and cost of poor quality (COPQ)

Participate in S&OP; and production planning discussions from finance perspective

Business Partnering & Strategic Support

Partner with operations, SCM, procurement, and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost optimization

Support strategic initiatives including localization, cost transformation, and new business opportunities

Provide data-driven financial insights for management decision-making

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (Finance) / CMA / Commerce Graduate with relevant experience

510 years of experience in FP&A;, business finance, commercial finance, or project finance

Solid expertise in

- Financial modeling & business planning
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Costing & profitability analysis
- Project P&L; management
- Cash flow & working capital management
- MIS & management reporting
- SAP / ERP systems and advanced Excel

Experience in manufacturing / electronics industry preferred

Exposure to Power BI / analytics tools will be an added advantage
