1. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and timely execution of project milestones while identifying and mitigating potential delays.
2. Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Project, Design, Contracts, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, planning, and execution activities.
3. Assist in the evaluation and finalization of construction materials, finishes, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, drawings, approvals, planning records, and revision logs to ensure accurate record keeping and effective document control.
