- Handle litigation (writ, civil & criminal arbitration cases) related matters to both Domestic and international.
- Oversee preparation & vetting of documents like Agreements, Contracts and Loan Documents.
- Conducts legal research as needed and provides written analysis of results for enabling effective decision making of management.
- Due diligence, scrutiny & risk mitigation Responsible to analyze legal risk of new business ventures and proposed acquisitions & prepare legal strategy.




- Evaluate impact of legal and statutory regulations on the organizationa�?s operations.
- Examining legal information to find out the advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuit.
- Conducting pretrial preparations and defending the organization in law cases.
- Examining material such as publications, advertisements etc., for legal implications.
- Representing the organization before administrative / tribunals / appellants or before quasi-judicial agencies and follow-up all cases.
- Coordinate with companya�?s external counsel and liaise with them.
- Advising regarding transactions of business concerning internal affairs, directors, stockholders, officers, and corporate relationship with public.
- Advise management & conduct research on various matters involving diverse provisions of law regarding government regulations, tax matters and legal rights and furnish legal opinions.
- Advise Contracts, Finance, Commercial and HR Departments on issues having legal implications and in formulating policies.
