Role Description This is a full time, on-site Associate role based in Jaipur. The Associate will support day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities, such as assisting in machine operations, monitoring production lines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, documenting production data, coordinating with supervisors and team members, and helping troubleshoot basic issues in the process flow. The role may also involve material handling, simple inspections, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.



Associates are expected to collaborate effectively, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures and basic technical instructions related to machinery and production.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing or industrial operations, including handling tools, materials, and straightforward inspection methods.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards on the shop floor.

Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, peers, and cross-functional departments.

Willingness to work in an on-site industrial environment in Jaipur, with flexibility for shift work if required.

Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma, ITI, or vocational training in a relevant trade; prior experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
