Job Responsibilities:

- Lead customer workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and business process analysis to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions
- Own end-to-end solution architecture, including HLD and LLD, while defining architecture standards, governance, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and technology roadmaps
- Design and architect enterprise applications using Java (17/21), Spring Boot, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, REST APIs, GraphQL, and API-led integration patterns
- Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, architecture reviews, and establish best practices for scalability, resiliency, performance, security, and maintainability
- Design integration and messaging solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and API Gateway patterns, ensuring reliable and scalable communication across distributed systems
- Define reusable frameworks, platform standards, APIs, and engineering best practices while providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
- Collaborate with customers, product owners, engineering,



and delivery teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, communicate architecture decisions, and ensure successful Agile delivery
- Prepare solution proposals, effort estimations, architecture roadmaps, identify technical and delivery risks, and define mitigation strategies to support successful project executions

Job Requirements:

- 10–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Business Architecture, Software Engineering Leadership, or a related role, with strong customer-facing solutioning experience
- Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, HLD/LLD, Solution Architecture, Architecture Governance, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, API & Integration Architecture, and defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
- Hands-on experience with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise application development
- Experience with messaging and integration technologies including Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and API Gateway patterns
- Robust experience with AWS cloud services, including ECS/EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, EventBridge, along with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirement discovery, BRD/FRD preparation, user story creation, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, business process analysis, and solution consulting
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise-scale solution delivery
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic problem-solving, technical leadership, and executive presentation skills
- TOGAF or AWS/Cloud certification, customer consulting and pre-sales experience, and exposure to GenAI or AI-enabled engineering practices are preferred
