Associate Recruiter

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities for Festo’s Global Production Centre (GPC). You will support hiring for production, manufacturing, and plant support roles by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing suitable talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from requirement initiation to onboarding. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for production, manufacturing, and support roles at GPC

Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, recruitment drives, vendors, and campus hiring

Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate and stakeholder experience

Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring data and reports

Coordinate and support bulk hiring and recruitment drives for production roles





Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring production requirements Your qualification:

Any bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, production, or plant‑based roles

Exposure to shop‑floor, technician, operator, or volume hiring is desirable

Hands‑on experience with job portals, sourcing techniques, and interview coordination

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements in a rapid‑paced environment with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Awareness of plant hiring processes, recruitment drives, and basic labour law concepts is an added advantage
