Job Responsibilities: 1.Teaching and Learning:

- Deliver courses across PGDM programs in Finance and related disciplines.
- Handle core and elective subjects in Finance specialization.
- Develop and update course plans, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
- Use case-study methodology, simulations, business games, and experiential learning techniques.
- Integrate technology-enabled teaching methods and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

2.Curriculum Design and Academic Development:
- Design and revise course curriculum in line with industry requirements and AICTE guidelines.

- Conduct research in finance and related areas.

- Act as Faculty Mentor for assigned students.
