We are hiring a Paralegal Executive (US Legal Collections) with 35 years of experience for our client Knova One.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-judgment collections and recovery processes for US clients.
- Prepare and file litigation documents in accordance with US legal guidelines.
- Draft and edit pleadings while ensuring compliance with court procedures.
- Maintain electronic case records and update case management systems.
- Prepare garnishments and coordinate with courts, sheriff's offices, county offices, and other legal authorities.
- Extract information from legal documents and prepare court filings and e-filings.
- Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, affidavits, notices, discovery responses, and medical record requests.
- Research public records to locate parties, witnesses, and other case-related information.
- Communicate with US attorneys, court officials, and clients regarding case status.




- Organize, track, and maintain legal documentation efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master of Laws (LLM) – Mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in preparing legal responses.
- Experience in court proceedings in India is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of US Collection Laws, including:

- FDCPA

- CFPB

- FCRA

- TCPA

- GLBA

- SCRA
- PCI-DSS

- UDAAP
- Dodd-Frank Act
- Knowledge of the US debt recovery process and US legal system is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, WordPerfect, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
- Internet savvy with experience in online legal research.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates residing within 8–10 km of Magarpatta City, Pune will be preferred.
