Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in program or project management in technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
- Experience working with development, UX, and AI teams
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
- Minimum 6-10 years of project management experience
- At least 5 years of client-facing experience
- Superior communication skills
- Experience managing large teams
- Proficient in financial concepts
- Life sciences / pharma industry background is mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client expectations
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills
