Job Title : Associate Manager - Policy Servicing (Maturity Payouts)

Key Responsibilities

- Process Life Insurance maturity payouts with high accuracy.
- Prepare payment vouchers for policy maturity settlements.
- Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory payout TAT.
- Maintain 100% accuracy while processing payouts.
- Handle customer queries and service requests related to maturity payouts.
- Update payout status in internal systems (RCS or equivalent).
- Maintain operational excellence and service quality.
- Prepare reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
- Follow best operational practices to improve efficiency.





Desired Candidate Profile

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations/Policy Servicing.
- Hands-on experience in Maturity Payout Processing.
- Good understanding of payment voucher preparation.
- Experience in handling customer/service requests.
- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance and TAT management.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
