Associate Manager -HRBP (R&D;)

Location- Bangalore

Experience Required

9–15 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering in an R&D;, Engineering.

Understanding of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

Build employee engagement through regular connect sessions, feedback forums, and development conversations.

Advise managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.

Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition,



Learning & Development, Rewards, and HR Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and HR governance standards.

Utilize HR metrics and people insights to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related .
