Drive domestic B2B sales by developing and managing key customer accounts, generating new business opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of customer orders while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with domestic B2B customers across textile, apparel, and garment segments.

- Generate new business and procure orders aligned with the company's manufacturing capabilities.

- Manage the complete order lifecycle from inquiry to dispatch.

- Coordinate with design, merchandising, production, planning, and quality teams for timely execution.

- Gather market intelligence on fashion trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor activities.





- Provide regular inputs to the design team for seasonal collection development.

- Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify current opportunities.

- Negotiate prices while maintaining target margins.

- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.

- Monitor customer buying patterns, business potential, and payment status.

- Develop and manage key accounts for long-term business growth.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and achievement reviews.

- Drive achievement of sales, profitability, and collection targets.
