- Candidates must be currently residing in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with international customers and diverse English dialects

- Strong customer service orientation, listening skills, and problem-solving abilities

Open Requirements

UK Shift Process

- Minimum 18 months of International Voice Process experience

- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 11:30 PM

- Weekend Off

Australia Shift Process

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience

- Shift Timing: 3:00 AM 12:00 PM

- Weekend Off

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions via voice calls professionally and efficiently.

- Provide accurate information and resolution to customer queries.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Understand client requirements and adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.





- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to understand and communicate with international customers and various English dialects.

- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-centric approach and professional attitude.

- Experience in international voice processes is mandatory as per the requirements above.

- Knowledge of the Insurance domain and prior interaction with UK or Australian customers will be an added advantage.
